1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your appointment.
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens.
48+ hours notice → You may reschedule at no additional cost.
Less than 24 hours notice → 50% rescheduling fee applies.
No-show → 50% rescheduling fee applies.
This policy exists because your session time cannot be filled on short notice.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Past Life Therapy and 5D Healing:
Refunds are not provided once the session has taken place.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
4. After the Session
Past Life Therapy and 5D Healing are deep processes that continue integrating after the session.
Because outcomes depend on:
Personal readiness
Emotional participation
Integration work
Subconscious responsiveness
Results cannot be guaranteed.
However, if you feel unsettled after your session, you are encouraged to contact us within 48 hours so we can give you aftercare advise.
