What have I put aside within myself in order to carry the needs of others?
We often hear about healing the Inner Child, but rarely do hear people talking about healing the Inner Mother. And yet, this energy of ours is not limited to women only, It lives within all of us. It is the nurturing, creative, intuitive force that inspire us care for others, build meaningful lives, create beauty, hold compassion, and sustain what truly matters.
Our Inner Mother is the aspect of ourselves that knows how to keep life nourished. Yet over time, many of us have unconsciously asked this Inner Mother to step aside and sacrifice its own energy, its own needs. Many have become so focused on what must be done that forgot to ask a simple question: Have you prioritized responsibilities, productivity, expectations, survival over your self-nourishment? What did you put aside within yourself in order to carry the needs of others? What changed in the last 4 years?

The energy of 2026 has been gently—and sometimes not so gently—bringing this awareness to the surface. It has highlighted the parts of ourselves that have been neglected, postponed, or dismissed as "less important." From March to June, many of us have been moving through a profound energetic invitation: to reconnect with the forgotten needs of our Inner Mother.
Looking back in time, we can perhaps see a larger pattern unfolding. Since 2020, many people experienced a renewed connection to spirituality, sustainability, ecology, community, and the deeper values that give life meaning. During uncertain times, we remembered what truly mattered. Yet as the years passed, once the “global threat” was gone, much of that wisdom was absorbed into systems of productivity, performance, and profit. Even spirituality became something to market. Even authenticity became an aesthetic for the mass to follow. In many ways, the collective consciousness forgot the soul behind the form, the Inner Mother was left unattended, see it as the sacred capacity to create life aligned with our values, the gold offered by our own feminine energy cannot be monetized, forced or sexualized. It must be nurtured. Because if she is ignored for too long, we begin to feel depleted. We lose our vitality, the inner joy of existing, the sense of connection vanish. And that imbalance eventually shows up in our bodies, our emotions, our relationships, spreading throughout all our creations.
💜 Even spirituality became something to market.
Even authenticity became an aesthetic.
Even healing became another task on the to-do list.
In many ways, we forgot the soul behind the form.
The Inner Mother was left unattended.✨
The invitation now is simple: Create space for what has been waiting patiently within you. Ask your Inner Mother what she needs. Not what she needs to do. Not what she needs to achieve. But what she needs to feel alive again. Between July 14 and August 12, Jupiter enters its combustion phase close to the Sun, amplifying the call to examine your relationship with your feminine self, with your feminine hormones, with your feminine linage and your ability to self-care and connect to others from your true self.
Creation cannot be sustained through sacrifice alone.

That vow would explain why stillness feels dangerous. Why receiving feels uncomfortable. Why rest can feel like laziness. Why joy can feel undeserved. hy self-care can trigger guilt. She begs you to free yourself from it.

Do not ask yourself only what you can produce. Ask yourself what you can nurture. Do not ask only what you can accomplish. Ask what allows your spirit to flourish. The future will not be created through force alone.
